Returns and Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping at We understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. Contact our Support Team for any queries about returns or refunds. Our main terms are detailed below:


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days usually sooner, we reserve the right to charge £1 to cover the card fees charged or the original Paypal fee that was charged to us at the time of ordering. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and at a reasonable cost. Should the product be deemed faulty all items should be returned via the most economical way, please discuss this with us before returning an item. We will not refund excessive return postal charges. We require the’ faulty’ item to be returned to us so we can test / asses and return the product to the supplier. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder. We can not accept refunds for software products ie simulators or where a set length of a product has been provided and it has been cut shorter than the size that it was originally purchased at.

Damaged Items

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, please contact us at within 7 days of the order being received.

After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

No Reason Return

If you are not satisfied with your goods you have 25 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All accessories must be returned
  • Returned in the original packaging.
  • If your item was not purchased directly from us, we need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, 3dclever Ltd may decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as:

  • Products that have been defaced
  • Products with missing labels
  • Products that have been lost or damaged


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will usually receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
